Application 

• The pump is suitable for water supply uses, pressure boosting, and liquid transfer.
• It is designed for pumping chemically non-aggressive liquid free of gases particles or fibers.

Installation Guide 

• The pump must be fitted in a well-ventilated place, protected from unfavorable weather conditions, and with an environment temperature not exceeding 40°C.
• A firm anchoring of the pump to the bearing surface favors the absorption of any vibration caused by pump operation. 
• It is always good practice to place the pump as close as possible to the liquid to be pumped. The maximum distance of the inlet pipe opening to the pump is limited according to the suction lift listed in the manual or motor plate.
• The pump must be installed only in a horizontal position. 
• The internal diameter of the pipes must never be small than the mouth of the pump. For suction depths of over 4m or with long horizontal stretches it is advisable to use an intake hose with a diameter larger than that of the intake aperture of the pump.
• To prevent the formation of air pockets, the intake hose must slope slightly upwards towards the pump.
• Pipes must not exert stress on the pump but on independent support.
• It is advisable to fit a foot valve on suction.
• For use in a well with sand on the bottom, intake pipe opening should be placed 50cm above the bottom to avoid sand or gravel suction.
• Always minimize the number of elbows to lessen the resistance of water flow.
